Our Process

Send us a copies of your supporting documentation and application forms

We will provide you with a link to send your documents shortly after paying our professional fee.

We will provide an in-depth review of the documents and application form

We will ensure:

  • The required documentation is present;
  • The documents submitted complies with document-specific Immigration Rules; and
  • The application form(s) have been completed correctly.

We will send a written report alongside a link where you can book a call

The report will follow a traffic light system:

Green: Fine to submit as is.

Amber: We’d recommend addressing the issue discussed in the comments box. Whilst the issue discussed is unlikely to result in a refusal, we would recommend erring on the side of caution & taking action as discussed.

Red: Action is required. Not taking action will result in a real risk of the application being refused.

You can then schedule a time to discuss the report and the amendments you've made

In order to make the most of the call, you may wish to address any issues identified in the report prior to the call.

The call can take place either on the phone or on Skype.

  • How much does this service cost?

    £550 for our DIY Application Pack customers.

    £850 for those who have not purchased the DIY Application Pack.

  • How long will it take to get our application reviewed?

    We will aim to get the feedback to you within 5 working days of receiving copies of the supporting documentation and online application form.

  • How is the feedback given?

    We will provide you with a written record of his assessment of your application.

    We will then discuss together and go over any changes that are required.

    This will also give you the opportunity to ask questions that you may have about the Immigration Rules or the submission of the application.

  • How do I send you copies of our application for you to review?

    Once payment has been received, we will get in touch with you and provide you with a secure link where you can upload copies of your application form and supporting documentation.

  • Can we post our application to you instead of emailing it?

    We are currently only accepting digital copies that are uploaded via our online portal.

  • Which visas does this service cover?

    We are happy to review the following types of applications:

    • Spouse visa applications (where applications are made outside the UK)
    • FLR M visa applications (spouse visa application made inside the UK)
    • Fiancé(e) visa applications
    • Unmarried partner visa applications
    • Civil partnership visa applications
    • Proposed Civil partnership visa applications
